Electric are excited to announce that we’ve teamed up with Fortnum & Mason, the 300 year old (now international) department store in central London, to launch the first-of-its-kind concept; the Electric Dispensary in their new second floor Beauty Zone.
The Electric Dispensary is a unique collaboration of leading professional product and a re-fillable, ornamental bottle. This eco-friendly system allows the buyer to purchase 500ml of a specialised shampoo or conditioner, refilling their beautiful, bespoke bottle time and time again.
Our limited edition, monochrome bottle takes inspiration from and pays tribute to British design, culture and creativity during the 20th Century. It is inspired by 1960’s London; influenced in particular by the work of fashion designer Mary Quant, the Mini Cooper and London’s very own Carnaby Street.
The bottles themselves were designed by Electric’s very own Mark Woolley and are British made from start to finish. They have been developed in a traditional stoneware material, this bottle possesses a shape reminiscent of the glassware and factory industries of bygone, British eras. Its long-lasting, beautiful and kinder to the environment.
With only 100 bottles in production, Electric Hairdressing are pleased to release this limited edition piece exclusively to Fortnum & Mason, in the heart of the city that influenced its creation.
Aside from the Electric Dispensary, customers can also purchase the entire Electric Professional Product range, including our new and critically acclaimed e.Spray. Also available are our award-winning shampoos and conditioners, Electric Smoothing Creme and Preparation Spray.
The proof is in the pudding with sixteen of the world’s most influential sessions stylists now regularly requesting and using e.Spray & Preparation Spray on-set!
If you’re in London why not hop on down to Fortnum & Mason and take a look for yourselves? You’ll find us on floor two – just a heads up!
Available on Tuesday at Fortnum & Mason, London.
